La Tour-de-Trême, a charming village located in the heart of the Gruyère region, has been part of the municipality of Bulle since the merger in 2006. Its location is ideal for reaching the Moléson ski resort (12 km away) or Charmey (13 km away). The must-see medieval village of Gruyères is only 6 km away. The Intyamon Valley is nearby, providing access to Pays d’Enhaut and Château-d’Oex, as well as to Gstaad in the Bernese Oberland.
The Bulle bypass (H189) runs at the bottom of the village, and the motorway entrance is only 5 minutes away.
The “Ronclina” station of RER lines 50 and 51 is located 350 meters from the villa, as is the “Tour-de-Trême” station of lines RE2 and RE3, placing Bulle’s train station and town center just a few minutes away. Bulle and its agglomeration offer all the necessary infrastructure and shops. The primary school and the lower secondary school (CO) of La Tour-de-Trême are less than one kilometer away.
In addition, the village of Broc, located 6 km away, has its own airfield, the Cailler chocolate factory, the Electrobroc hydroelectric plant, as well as the picturesque Gorges de la Jogne leading to Lake Montsalvens.
Lake Gruyère also offers a wide range of leisure activities and water sports throughout the summer season. For relaxing moments with friends or simply to cool off, the beaches of Morlon and Gumefens are a must. Ogoz Island is ideal for a family outing and is accessible on foot in spring.
